Table & Chair Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Creative Magic, you are agreeing to the Tables & Chairs Terms & Conditions

  1. All tables and chairs are the property of Creative Magic. 
  2. DAMAGE: If there is any damage, theft or loss of the rented tables and chairs, you will be charged for replacements.
  3. CARE: After the tables and chairs are delivered, you are responsible for them while they are in your care.
  4. DELIVERY: Please make sure someone is available to receive and for pickup of tables and chairs.
  5. INSPECTION: Please check tables and chairs. These are rented items and normal wear and tear is to be expected. Please report any issues immediately. 
  6. PAYMENT: Payment is due before tables and chairs are delivered. If your event is less than 3 weeks away, full payment is due. If your event is more than 3 weeks away, a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is due at time of booking. The remainder of the fee is due 2 weeks prior to your event.
  7. CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel, your NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will not be returned. You can apply if to another service that we offer.

Linen Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Creative Magic, you are agreeing to the Linen Terms & Conditions

  1. All linens are the property of Creative Magic. 
  2. DAMAGE: If there is any damage, theft or loss of the rented linens, you will be charged for replacements.
  3. CARE: After the linens are delivered, you are responsible for them while they are in your care.
  4. DELIVERY: Please make sure someone is available to receive and for pickup of linens.
  5. INSPECTION: Please check linens upon receipt to make sure they are in good condition. Please report any issues immediately. Cleaning: You will be charged a fee for linens that are soiled beyond regular use. 
  6. RETURN: Please return linens in laundry bag provided.
  7. PAYMENT: Payment is due BEFORE linens are delivered. If your event is less than 3 weeks away, full payment is due AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. If your event is more than 3 weeks away, a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is due at time of booking. The remainder of the fee is due 2 weeks prior to your event.
  8. CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel, your NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will not be returned. You can apply if to another service that we offer.

Tent Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Creative Magic, you are agreeing to the Tent Terms & Conditions

  1. All tents are the property of Creative Magic. 
  2. DAMAGE: If there is any damage, theft or loss of the rented tents, stakes, weights or ratchets, you will be charged for replacements.
  3. CARE: After the tents are delivered, you are responsible for them while they are in your care.
  4. DELIVERY: Please make sure someone is available to receive and for pickup of tents.
  5. INSPECTION: Please check tents upon receipt to make sure they are in good condition. Please report any issues immediately.  
  6. RETURN: Please DO NOT TAKE DOWN THE TENT. We will take it down when we pick it up.
  7. WEATHER: If the weather permits us from setting up your tent, we will contact you promptly and issue a refund, or you may choose to apply your payment to another service that we offer. We do not setup if winds over 25mph or if lightning, thunder or hail are expected.
  8. PAYMENT: Payment is due BEFORE tents are delivered. If your event is less than 3 weeks away, full payment is due AT TIME OF BOOKING. If your event is more than 3 weeks away, a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is due at time of booking. The remainder of the fee is due 2 weeks prior to your event.

Trash Can Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Creative Magic, you are agreeing to the Trash Can Terms & Conditions

  1. All trash cans are the property of Creative Magic. 
  2. DAMAGE: If there is any damage, theft or loss of the rented trash cans, you will be charged for replacements.
  3. CARE: After the trash cans are delivered, you are responsible for them while they are in your care.
  4. DELIVERY: Please make sure someone is available to receive and for pickup of trash cans.
  5. INSPECTION: Please check trash cans upon receipt to make sure they are in good condition. These are rented items and normal wear and tear is to be expected. Please report any issues immediately. 
  6. RETURN: Please empty trash cans after use. 
  7. PAYMENT: Payment is due BEFORE trash cans are delivered. If your event is less than 3 weeks away, full payment is due AT TIME OF BOOKING. If your event is more than 3 weeks away, a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is due at time of booking. The remainder of the fee is due 2 weeks prior to your event.

Yard card Greetings Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Creative Magic, you are agreeing to the Yard Greeting Terms & Conditions

  1. OUR YARD GREETING ARE RENTALS!! PAYMENT IS REQUIRED IN FULL at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation. You will receive a confirmation email once you schedule your greeting. Payment must be made before your greeting is installed. 
  2. SETUP: SETUP TIMES WILL VARY. Your setup time will depend on how many greetings we have for the day. (I promise we are coming!) We NEVER guarantee a certain time. We do run into things sometimes that are not under our control and setups sometime take longer. We take pride in our greetings and make sure everything is right before we move on to our next setup. If you need us to setup at a certain time, please contact us before booking. Thank you!
  3. SURPRISE GREETING: We understand most yard greetings are meant to be a surprise, but we don't want to scare or alarm the homeowner. Please contact the someone in the house  prior to our arrival to let them know someone will be arriving. 
  4. CANCELLATION: To receive a FULL REFUND, you must cancel your greeting 7 days in advance. If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, no refund will be given. We will gladly reschedule your greeting for another day during the year. 
  5. REFUNDS: No refund will be given if we are unable to access the property, if property owner wants greeting removed, for aggressive animals, for incorrect gate code or incorrect addresses. We will not refund orders if a mistake was made on intake forms. Please double check before placing your order. Please call with any changes immediately! 
  6. WEATHER: If the weather permits us from setting up your yard greeting, we will contact you promptly and issue a refund, or you may choose another day during the year for your greeting. 
  7. LAWN: Please water your lawn prior to our arrival. This will make it easier for us during installation. If this is a gift, please let the homeowner know to turn off their sprinklers. Please do not use a lawnmower, weed eater or any other type of lawn equipment near our signs. They will cause damage. 
  8. INSTALLATION: We only install yard greetings in the front yard. RESTRICTIONS: Please make sure the yard greeting will not be in violation of any HOA, city or county restrictions. 
  9. DO NOT MOVE YARD GREETING: Please do not move any of our yard cards or allow adults, kids or pets to play on or around them due to safety concerns. The yard greetings will not support a person or pets weight. We are NOT LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES THAT MAY OCCUR FOR TAMPERING WITH OUR SIGNS. Please respect our signs, they are our business. Please make sure our yard greetings are safe while in your possession. DO NOT sit or attach anything including balloons to our yard greetings. GENRAL 
  10. GREETINGS: Creative Magic will politely decline and refund money for lewd, political, disrespectful or any profanity in your greeting. We do this business to put a smile on the recipient's face. 
  11. LOST/STOLEN PIECES: If any part of the display is damaged, destroyed or stolen, the renter will be responsible for replacing it. We will send an invoice for damaged, destroyed or stolen items.

Giant Games Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Creative Magic, you are agreeing to the Giant Games Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT IS REQUIRED IN FULL at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation.  You will receive a confirmation email once you schedule your game rental. Payment must be made before your games are delivered.

  1. RENTAL: Our games are rentals. They are NOT FOR SALE. They are the property of Creative Magic. 
  2. SETUP: We will setup our giant games for you and break them down. 
  3. EARLY PICKUP: If you would like the greeting picked up earlier, please contact us by phone at 214-516-9231.
  4. CANCELLATION: To receive a FULL REFUND, you must cancel your greeting 7 days in advance. If you cancel less than 7 days in advance, no refund will be given. We will gladly reschedule your rental for another day during the year.
  5. REFUNDS: No refund will be given if we are unable to access the property, for incorrect gate code or incorrect addresses. We will not refund orders if a mistake was made on intake forms.  Please double check before placing your order. Please call with any changes immediately!
  6. LOST/STOLEN PIECES: Please count all of the pieces. If any pieces are missing, damaged, destroyed or stolen, the renter will be responsible for replacing it. We will send an invoice for damaged, destroyed or stolen items.

Keepsake Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Creative Magic, you are agreeing to the Keepsake Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT IS REQUIRED IN FULL at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation.  You will receive a confirmation email once you schedule. Payment must be made before your keepsake is made.

  1. The keepsakes are yours to keep. 
  2. Please DO NOT remove your keepsake from the display. We will give you the keepsake when we take down the sign.  
  3. REFUNDS: Once your order is being processed. NO REFUND will be given.
  4. CHANGES TO PICTURES: Please contact me IMMEDIATELY if you need to change a picture. 
  5. We are not responsible for the quality of the picture. Please send a high resolution photo.
